IMPORTANT Notice from Kodak regarding your Personal Data

Kodak (‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’) is committed to protecting your privacy in the collection, maintenance and use of information about you and your business. Our intent is to safeguard any personal data that you provide to us, and to use your data only for appropriate business purposes as specified below.

By signing up to the SUC recycling scheme, you consent to your personal data being placed on our database(s) and to us contacting you in relation to our products and services generally, and specifically in relation to this service.

You agree to let us know if your personal data is subject to change. From time to time we may contact you to request your confirmation that your personal data is up to date or that you provide us with your new details.

You have the right to access your personal data which we hold on our database(s), to request its rectification or cancellation and to oppose its treatment in accordance with applicable laws. You can exercise this right by contacting us in the usual way.

We may transfer your personal data to other companies within the Kodak group in Europe and the USA, but we will not sell, rent or trade your personal data. In addition, your address and telephone number will be given to outside individuals or agencies when required by law, for the purpose of law enforcement, or to protect your interests. Usually, you will be notified that a request for such information has been received.

We may release information about you when legally required to do so. These situations may include requests arising from normal regulatory compliance reviews, law enforcement investigations, in response to a court order, or to comply with applicable legal requirements.

We contract with other companies to perform business support functions on our behalf, which may involve access to your personal data. We require these companies (“data processors”) to use the data only to provide the contracted services. They are prohibited from transferring the data to another party except as necessary to provide the services.

We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets.
